The advantages of LED traffic screen
LED Traffic display screen with Graphics induced mark and traffic signs,it is a
multi-function information display which is combined with
traffic signs and variable message signs.
It plays an signpost role to provide the road ahead to driver by
presenting a graphical outline of the whole way, in the areas of
static graphics section can be embedded with LED light,with these
different colors of LED light,the led screen can identify the
real-time traffic with clear (green), block (red) or crowded
(orange) status, so the drivers can judge and select the
appropriate driving route by its traffic guidance role

1: height of our cabinet 480mm, the green line is the virtual

2: Width of our cabinet 480mm, the distance between two cores of
two adjacent metal cubes.
3: The Metal cube on the bottom of the
structure.requirements:40mm*40mm.surface smooth and in horizontal,
without unevenness.
4: Square connect sheet, size: 70mm*70mm, install at the corner of
cabinet.
5: Rectangular connect sheet, size: 70mm*25mm, install at the
middle of cabinets.
6: It is a horizontal metal cube, Weld a horizontal metal cube
every four cabinets’ height to make sure the screen is stable. The
soldering position should be 60mm above the bottom line of
480mm*480mm cabinet.
Manunal of installation
1 The screen should be installed from the bottom of the
structure,from the middle to both sizes,In order to keep the better
effect of the led screen,please make sure that the gap between two
cabinets can not be more than 1mm..
2 When finished,you can install the second row,installation is the
same as the first row,but note that the cabinets from the second
row should be locked in the enclosure slots which is from the first
row,the gap between the first and the second row should not be more
than 1mm..
3 And so on,the installation is the same as above till finish.
